Room 0508 orders two chicken sandwiches, one without onion. Only one arrives, and nobody at the front desk can say where the order went. At this training camp you step into the shoes of the hotel’s Operations Manager and build the room-service app that fixes it, using Nocoly HAP (Hyper Application Platform) and no code.
After our first camp in Kuala Lumpur on 15 October, we are running it again on Thursday, 19 November. Through short explanations, live demonstrations and hands-on practice, you build the app step by step and leave with a working application and a certificate.

What You Will Build
- Store your data: linked worksheets for the menu, orders and order lines, with validations and business rules.
- Use your data: a view for each colleague, one-click buttons, an AI Action, and a live board of pending, preparing and delivered orders.
- Share safely: roles for chefs, staff and guests, plus an order form guests open by scanning a QR code.
- Automate: an approval workflow that takes each order from the kitchen to the guest’s room, approved on the Nocoly mobile app.
- Work with AI: a concierge chatbot that answers from the menu, an AI step that writes the chef’s prep notes, and Mingo building an app from a written brief.
- What comes next: print templates, external portals, API integration and pro-code extensions, shown by the trainer.
